• Orders received before 12:00 PM (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), can be delivered the same day (excluding Public Holidays and Flower Holidays).
• Orders received after 12:00 PM (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), will be delivered the following day (excluding Public Holidays and Flower Holidays). For urgent delivery, kindly contact our Customer Service at +603-21442530.
• Orders received after 12:00 PM on Saturdays will be delivered on the following Monday (excluding Public Holidays and Flower Holidays).
• For deliveries on Sundays and/or Public Holidays, special arrangements have to be made with us to accommodate these orders. Otherwise, orders scheduled for delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays may be made on the next working day.?
• For deliveries outside Malaysia, please order two days in advance for timely delivery (excluding Sundays and /or Public Holidays).
• For Flower Holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, please order at least five days in advance to guarantee the availability of stocks and delivery. If you require delivery over the weekend or special arrangements, or if you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@prettypetals.com.my
• For Sympathy/Condolence Flowers, the time and date of the funeral must be clearly stated in your order for on time delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee or make any refunds or cancellations for such orders.
• For delivery of Gifts, the approximate shipping time will be between 2 to 7 days depending on the area of delivery. For any specific requests, email us at sales@prettypetals.com.my
• Due to the limited availability of Exotic Flowers and Plants, next-day delivery is required (excluding Sundays and/or Public Holidays)
