Pretty Petals initiated a floral skills training program for the socio-economically challenged ladies in 2008 and has continued until today.   The aim is to train these ladies with the basic floral skills to enable them to have an increase in income, to improve their self-sufficiency and family well being.

This  project is supported by NGOs and sponsored by various corporate bodies.  This is indeed a very meaningful on-going project.  These ladies have found the newly acquired skills useful.  While some have started their very own small businesses, others are working part-time with floral establishments.  And yet others are home-based.
