Showcasing Two superb "Flower Carpets" in the world with sophisticated colours and complicated designs:

The Grand-Palace is the Central Market in Brussels.  It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.  This year, it displayed a magnificent FLORAL CARPET.  It took much dedication and enthusiasm from graphic designers, hotrticulturists, numerous artists and artisans, hundreds of experienced gardeners and florist, and volunteers to put together this giant floral jigsaw.  This FLOWER CARPET is out of this world!  The beauty and diversity of this Floral Carpet is largely due to the beautiful Begonia.  This year, over 750,000 Begonias were used.

Infiorata ....Flower Art Festival is held in many Italian towns in May or June. Here, flower petals are used to create amazing works of art in the streets and Abbeys, a really beautiful sight.  Most famous is in the town of Noto, Sciliy.  Noto is a beautiful Baroque town and is a UNESCO World Heritage sight.  Other popular spots are Burganto and Bolsena.
