How to do an Apple Tealight Centerpiece

Do you love to entertain? Are you looking for an exciting table centerpiece that is not too difficult nor expensive to create?

Here's an idea. Using 2 red apples with tea light candles, some grapes and strawberries can create the drama in this beautiful and easy to create centerpiece.

  Step by Step

1. Cut a piece of floral foam into half and soak it into clean water.
2. Mark a circle the same size as your tea lights on the apples, then use a florist knife to carve out a hole just deep enough to fit the tea light candle into place.
3. Set two wood picks into the bottom of the apples that you plan to insert into the foam.
4. Place the apples in the center of the foam.
5. Here's the fun part! First, place some fern leaves along the base of the plastic container. Then place some grapes on one side of the container and strawberries on another side.
6. Add some roses or carnations in random and fill in the open spaces with foliage. You may accessorise with dendrobium orchids and golden shower. In fact, you may add whatever strikes your fancy.
7. You will be amazed at how easy it is to make this dramatic centerpiece.

  Enjoy and have fun!
