Should we or any of our affiliates be out of a particular decorative item such as a specific basket or vase, we may substitute an item of similar or higher value. 

Together with our affiliates, we will use the freshest flowers hence, we may need to substitute depending on seasonal and international availability. 

The appearance of the floral arrangements featured gives a good guideline. However, our creative team will professionally recreate designs based on their creative interpretation. 

We shall get the floral item on time unless due to unforeseen circumstances that are way beyond our control.
