1. How to place an order?
As soon as you have selected the special gift, placing an order is easy. Just click “Add to Cart” and your order is added to your Shopping Cart. This Shopping Cart allows you to make multiple purchases of different floral arrangements and gifts that can be sent to multiple addresses. At this point, you can either “Continue Shopping” or “Checkout”.
2. Confirming my order?
Once you have completed the order form and click “Continue”, a page appears with the information which you have entered and the details of your order. If the information is accurate, click “Place Order”. If changes are to be made, select the appropriate “Edit” link and make corrections. Upon you corrections, re-verify your information, click “Continue” and finally “Place Order”.
Once you submit your order, an instant acknowledgement page is returned that includes you total amount and your order number. Please print the acknowledgement page for your records. You will receive an email from prettypetals.com.my within a few hours of order placement. This confirms that we have received and accepted your order.
3. Delivery information?
We provide free delivery for our floral gifts above RM100 to almost all major cities in Peninsular Malaysia. However, there is a minimum acceptable order for deliveries to certain areas.
All prettypetals.com.my floral or gift is personally hand-delivered. For same day delivery, orders must be received before 1.30p.m. (Monday to Saturday) in the recipient's time zone. Orders received after 1.30p.m. may be delivered on the following day.
Unfortunately, time of delivery to rural or distant areas, hotels, hospitals or airports or during major holidays cannot be guaranteed. Should you require a specific delivery time, please indicate under "specific instructions" when you check out.
Prettypetals.com.my also recommend your floral of gift order be placed at least one week in advance of a major holiday.

5. Payment Options?
Prices reflected on the website are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). All prices are also give in U.S. Dollars equivalent.
We accept all major credit cards including

PrettyPetals.com.my bills your credit card at the point of sale. Once you click “Place Order” in the check-out process, prettypetals.com.my will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card. If there is a problem securing this authorization, you will be notified and prompted to use another credit card.
6. Substitution Information?
Floral or gift substitutions are sometimes necessary due to their seasonal or international availability. Should a substitution be required, we or our affiliates shall substitute an item of similar or higher value. We shall always try to maintain the freshness and quality of our products.

7. Cancellation of Order?
Cancellation of an order must be made 24 hours in advance before the delivery time. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of the selling price is chargeable. In the event the order is delivered, the full purchase amount will apply. Please use the Customer Service Inquiry Form to advise us.
We are unable to cancel or change orders already delivered or presently enroute. If you find it necessary to cancel or change any other orders, please call 6-03-21442530.
8. Customers Privacy
All private information that you send us (including credit card numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers) is encrypted so that your private information cannot be read by another party as it travels over the internet.
