Delivery Terms |
| |
- Orders received before 1:30 PM Malaysian Time on weekdays and Saturdays will be delivered on the same day, unless otherwise specified.
- Orders made after 1:30PM Malaysian Time on Saturday and on Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday (excluding festive and holiday seasons).
- There will be no delivery on Sundays except for special festive and holiday seasons.
- For deliveries during peak occasions like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, please place your orders one week in advance to guarantee timely delivery and availability.
- Due to non-availability of delivery service in certain areas, delivery requested on Sunday or a Public Holiday may be delivered "a day in advance" or "a day after" the required date.
- To ensure that delivery is not delayed, please complete all information correctly before you submit an order.
- We will do our best to accomodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
- We are unable to deliver to rural areas and any P.0. Boxes.
- We shall confirm your order through e-mail when we receive your order submission.
